«My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could. I feel the same way about greeting cards. I've always been fascinated by feelings and how we express them to each other. Getting to write and design these cards is a wonderful experience.»

Taylor Swift Greeting Card Mobile App
The “Taylor Swift Greeting Cards” app allowed you to send good wishes to your loved ones. You could pick a card, personalize it and send some “love, love, love”. Building on the success of its other mobile app platforms, American Greetings had created a free mobile app that allowed the user to select, customize and send digital versions of popular Taylor Swift paper greeting cards from their mobile phone or tablet to a recipient via text message, email, Facebook and Twitter.
«Sending a card has always been one of my favorite ways to let people know I’m thinking of them. I love that I can share this new card experience with my fans and give them a fun and easy way to reach out to the people they love.»

Combining a unique writing style with inspiring photography, expressive hand lettering, and whimsical, casual design, each card in the Taylor Swift greeting card collection by American Greetings was a story just waiting to be told.
Inspired by the aesthetics and images from Taylor’s fourth album, RED (2012), the app launched with features unique to the Taylor Swift card collection that fans had grown to love for the previous three years. These digital greeting cards featured ambient music from RED, and were for sharing a little happiness with all the awesome people in your life.
The app included a jukebox that played snippets of RED that could easily be turned on while browsing the mobile card rack, as well as a reminder service that let users connect to Facebook so there was never an excuse to miss a friend’s birthday. The app also included a store locator to direct you to retailers that sold the Taylor Swift collection, creating the ultimate greeting card fan experience.
“We are thrilled to bring the Taylor Swift card collection directly to the hands of her biggest fans and greeting card enthusiasts,” states Michael Brown, VP, licensing at American Greetings. ”We’ve seen great success with the paper card collections and believe the free mobile app is a natural next step in allowing fans to personalize a card that’s uniquely them – and uniquely Taylor Swift.”
The “Taylor Swift Greeting Cards” mobile app is no longer available.
