In 2019, Taylor inked a multi-year partnership with Capital One. She launched the collaboration on July 26, 2019, with a commercial highlighting the company’s “Savor” card.

In the first commercial Taylor starred in she promoted her 2019 album Lover, playing a waitress at a diner as her Brandon Urie-assisted single “ME!” played on the jukebox. In a second scene she played a bartender in a restaurant. Taylor has a few mishaps at the jobs but adorably, well, shakes it all off.

After the release of her 2020 album folklore, Taylor once again starred in an ad for Capital One. This time around, she unveiled a look inside her closet. And what was it filled with? Why, cardigans of course!

For Midnights, in addition to delivering unique and exciting entertainment experiences, Capital One teamed up with Taylor for an action- and Easter egg- packed commercial spot featuring Venture X, the first premium travel credit card from Capital One. The commercial features cameos from Taylor’s eras in multiple travel scenarios.

Ahead of the release weeks of Taylor’s studio albums Lover, folklore, Fearless (Taylor’s Version), and Midnights Capital One offered their cardholders the opportunity to pre-order exclusive bundles that included one-of-a-kind T-shirts, blankets, signed CDs and more.

"The Eras Tour" Partnership

In 2022, Capital One was building on its relationship with Taylor as the US presenting partner for her highly anticipated, “Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour,” kicking off in March 2023.

To celebrate Taylor’s return to touring for the first time since 2018, Capital One was offering cardholders the opportunity to access an exclusive premium allocation of presale tickets. In March 2023, the brand also hosted a contest, giving away 20 tickets per show.
