He was the first and the original member of Taylor\u2019s band.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e56ab06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e56ab06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>During the first few years, Taylor\u2019s band members changed a lot depending on availability but Al remained. That\u2019s why he was selected not only as her drummer, but as the person to put together the band to tour with Taylor.<\/p><p>Al played with Taylor from the start and through the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/taylorswiftswitzerland.ch\/index.php\/tours\/fearless-tour\/\">Fearless Tour<\/a>\u201d and <a href=\"https:\/\/taylorswiftswitzerland.ch\/index.php\/tours\/speak-now-world-tour\/\">\u201cSpeak Now World Tour<\/a>\u201c. Al left the band at the end of 2012, after the promotional cycle in the lead up to Taylor\u2019s fourth album <a href=\"https:\/\/taylorswiftswitzerland.ch\/index.php\/albums\/red-album\/\"><i>RED<\/i><\/a>\u00a0had finished. He wanted to spend more time with his family. He was replaced with <a href=\"https:\/\/taylorswiftswitzerland.ch\/index.php\/wiki\/band\/matt-billingslea\/\">Matt Billingslea<\/a>.<\/p><p>Al is currently pursuing other projects but once in a
