Eliotte Nicole Woodford is a porfessional singer, dancer, and performer. Originally from San Antonio (Texas), she joined Taylor’s band in 2012.

Eliotte earned her degree at Washington University in St. Louis, where she studied dance and was a member of the acapella group Mosaic Whispers.
She is a highly trained dancer, having performed choreography by notable figures such as Kenny Ortega, Michael Rooney, Maria Torres, Tony Czar, Adam Parson, Tucker Barkley, Martha Graham, and Alwin Nikolais. Her performance résumé is impressively diverse. She has appeared on the MTV Video Music Awards alongside artists like Ne-Yo, Pitbull, and Taylor, performed on Dancing With the Stars, and featured in the remake of Dirty Dancing.
Beyond dance, she has also ventured into singing—performing on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews, contributing to Ben Folds’ album, and opening for his tour. Joining The Starlights
Eliotte joined The Starlights at the onset of Taylor’s RED era in 2013 and has been one of Taylor’s backup vocalists and dancers through all major tours since then—including “The RED Tour” (2013–2014), “The 1989 World Tour” (2015), “reputation Stadium Tour” (2018), and “The Eras Tour” (2023-2024).
Friendship with Taylor
Taylor and Eliotte have developed a friendship that extends well beyond their work together on stage. Over the years, they have been seen spending time together off-tour, from casual dinners to group vacations during breaks in Taylor’s busy schedule. Their bond was especially evident in 2016, when Taylor attended Eliotte’s wedding, joining in the celebration of one of the most important days in her life.
