Critical Reception

Matt Bjorke of Roughstock stated that Taylor “has shown a lot of growth through the years and takes her live show seriously so it’s good to hear this live album sound nearly as good as her records do.” James Monger of AllMusic rated the album three out of five stars and stated that the performances on the DVD were “an elaborate affair that utilized dancers, aerialists, numerous costume changes, and a mammoth, multi-stage setup that more closely resembled a high-profile Broadway musical than it did a country music concert.”
